Three ways to get a Primary Colour:
1. Choose the center colour of the hex (if double pick one)
2. Trade in any Primary card plus 1 “penalty” card (any colour)
3. Join 3 Primary dabs of the same primary colour by placing a hex (see the Rules for more details)

You may exchange 3 of any of the same colour palette cards for one black or one white card. You may also do this to obtain ANY Secondary or Tertiary colour palette card (but not gray, bisque or a Primary)
