Biaxial Fibreglass Fabric is a high-strength, non-woven reinforcement manufactured from continuous glass fibres arranged in two directions and held together by stitching. Common fibre orientations include ±45° or 0°/90°, allowing the reinforcement to provide strength in two principal directions.
Because the fibres remain relatively straight rather than being interlaced as in woven fabrics, biaxial reinforcement provides efficient load distribution and excellent mechanical performance. It also offers good conformability and resin wet-out, making it suitable for a wide range of structural fibreglass and composite applications.
