Core material has better uses when sandwiched in big areas. Core material can also be used to reinforce corners, create self tapping, prevent bolts from pulling through or wherever reinforcement is required.

Core Material - 4mm maximizes weight reduction in structural core applications. Core Material 4mm is more suitable for thicker laminates due to low resin take up. Uses: Ratio of 600 gram per square meter of resin per mm thickness. eg: Core Material - 4mm need 2400 grams of resin per square meter. |
